How can I cancel my parking pass?
You can send us an email to aparcamientos@aussa.com, indicating the season ticket holder, the car park where the season ticket is being cancelled and, if possible, the reason for cancellation. Remember, your season ticket will be converted into a Club Card, so that you can enjoy discounts in our car parks on your next visits.
Is my season ticket also a Club Card in other car parks?
Yes, as an Apparkya subscriber you become part of our Apparkya club, so you can use your card to enter Apparkya car parks where you are not a subscriber and enjoy exclusive advantages and benefits.

How can I change the account number for the payment of my season ticket?
To make any changes to your limited parking pass, please contact us at aparcamientos@aussa.com, indicating the reason and our staff will contact you.
How can I request an invoice for my parking pass?

How do I contract a parking pass with Apparkya?
On this web page, select the season ticket, the city and the car park you want. If there is availability, you must fill in your details and make the payment through the secure payment platform. If there is no availability, leave us your details on the Waiting List form and we will let you know when there is availability.
How do I know which type of parking pass is best for me?
We have several types of season tickets: long term (24 hour season ticket for more than 5 years), monthly season tickets with specific times and prepaid cards. Choose the one you prefer according to your needs.
