How can I request an invoice for my parking stay?
To request an invoice, you’ll need the payment receipt from the pay-and-display machine. You can request it directly at factura.aussa.es
If you need an invoice for your online booking, this will be sent automatically to the email address used for the booking once your stay has ended.
What payment methods are accepted at the car park?
You can pay in cash using notes and coins. Bank cards are also accepted. At the José Laguillo, Mercado del Arenal and Rafael Salgado car parks in Seville, and the Hermanos Maristas car park in Granada, you can use the Apparkya app with the free automatic barrier opening service. Is the car park high enough for my vehicle?
The clearance height varies depending on the car park. Here are the details for each car park:
- Seville city centre: Mercado del Arenal, 1.90 m. Mercado de Triana, 2.20 m. José Laguillo, 2.10 m. Rafael Salgado, 2.05 m.
- Granada city centre: Hermanos Maristas, 2.30 m.
- Fuengirola (Málaga): Paseo Marítimo, 2.00 m.
- Córdoba: El Vial, 2.10 m.
