To register with Apparkya, you must complete the following steps:

Download APPARKYA from the App Store and Google Play. Go to the ‘My profile’ menu and enter your email account, so that the system recognizes that you are not yet registered. On the next screen, confirm your email address and phone number. Next, fill in your personal information (Mandatory for some services). Enter the means of payment.

Finally, register your vehicle.

To start using Apparkya, simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Thereafter, follow the instructions and register or login.

Apparkya is the app that allows you to pay your ticket, just as you would at the parking meter, but from your mobile phone. With Apparkya you can manage the regulated zone in the cities where it is available and also have barrier-free access to AUSSA car parks, saving time, money and enjoying the city.

Apparkya is a completely free app, which allows all customers to control their parking time, activating, extending or stopping their time, paying and cancelling parking fines from their mobile phone. It is available on the App Store and Google Play, so it works for IOS (iPhone) and Android devices. For other systems, we have a web App, designed to adapt to different screen resolutions.

To change your e-mail address, you need to log out and register for a new account with your new e-mail address. How do I do this? Go to the ‘My profile’ menu and click on the ‘Logout’ button in the top right-hand corner. To register for a new account, follow the registration instructions.

If you have subscribed to additional services, you must unsubscribe from these services before disconnecting and then re-subscribe with your new account.

To recover your Apparkya password, you can do it in the ‘My profile’ section of the application, add your email address and click on ‘I forgot my password’. You will automatically receive an email to reset it and add a new one.

If you log in to Apparkya from your new phone with your email and password, you will be able to view your ticket information by going to the Menu/Purchase History.

To add a vehicle you must go to ‘My Profile’, located in the main menu, click on 09-icon-coche.png located at the bottom of your screen and then click on ‘Add Vehicle’. After this, you will be given the option to enter the number plate, name and description. Finally, click on ‘Save’.

Yes, you can add as many license plates as you want. Just go to your profile, click on 09-icon-car.png at the bottom of your screen and then add vehicle.

You can edit or delete the number plate by accessing the section ‘My profile’ and click on 09-icon-coche.png, once there click on the license plate you want to edit. If you want to delete the license plate, click on the license plate you want to delete and click on the ‘X’ symbol.

If we buy a ticket outside the regulated timetable, either at the parking meter or in the mobile payment application, we will be given a ticket valid for the next regulated time slot, with the time corresponding to the amount entered.

Depending on the Municipal Ordinance of your locality you may be exempt or not, if you are exempt, you can park with a PRM card without having to buy a ticket, leaving it with the expiry date visible on the dashboard. Refer to localities zone.

Depending on the location, there are different methods of payment at the parking meter. We always recommend mobile payment via the Apparkya app.

It is possible that you are not entering the minimum amount or you exceed the maximum amount for the chosen fare, you can check this on the parking meter.

Yes, during the authorised loading and unloading hours only those vehicles that are going to carry out this type of activity may park in the parking spaces and the Local Police may report and remove any vehicle located in these spaces, even if they have the corresponding ticket or badge. Once the loading and unloading hours are over, these spaces are immediately included in the regulated zone.

If your complaint is voidable (it will be indicated on the report), you can make your complaint in the following way:

  1. Through the Apparkya application, to do so, go to the ‘Report cancellation’ menu, choose a city and follow the instructions on the bulletin. You will only be able to cancel the report through the application in those cities where it is allowed.
  2. By parking meter, to do this follow the instructions shown on the machine.

Yes, if you book 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in your reservation.

The invoice for your booking will be sent to you automatically at the end of your reservation.

You can send us an email to aparcamientos@aussa.com, indicating the season ticket holder, the car park where the season ticket is being cancelled and, if possible, the reason for cancellation.
