RESIDENT BADGES

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR HUELVA RESIDENT BADGES

• National Identity Document or NIE.
• Vehicle registration certificate.
• In the case of vehicles whose driving licence is in the name of a company, attach a contract or civil liability insurance policy in which the applicant is listed as the usual and only driver of the vehicle. In the event that this requirement cannot be met, certification from the person responsible for the company that owns the vehicle that the usual driver of the vehicle is the applicant for the resident's discount user card.
• Certificate of census registration.
• Last receipt for the municipal tax on mechanical traction vehicles.
• Certificate certifying that there are no debts owed to Huelva City Council.

Residents of the Regulated Zone of Huelva who meet the requirements indicated in the Ordinance in force, may apply for the subsidised residents' badge and benefit from the following rates:

DOCUMENTATION TO BE PRESENTED BY WORKERS, CIVIL SERVANTS, TRADERS AND SELF-EMPLOYED PERSONS

• Original and photocopy of the D.N.I. of the holder of the vehicle.
• Original and photocopy of the vehicle's registration certificate.
• Contract, census registration, certificate issued for this purpose or any other documentation accrediting the location of the premises where they provide their services or carry out their activity.
• In the case of vehicles whose registration certificate is in the name of a company, attach a contract or civil liability insurance, in which the applicant is the usual and only driver of the vehicle, and in the event of not being able to provide this requirement, certification from the person responsible for the company that owns the vehicle, that the usual driver of the vehicle is the applicant for the subsidised user's badge as a worker.
• Last receipt for the municipal tax on mechanical traction vehicles.
• Certificate accrediting that there are no debts with the Huelva City Council.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE PRESENTED BY STUDENTS

• National Identity Card or NIE.
• Vehicle registration certificate.
• In the event that the applicant does not appear as the owner of the vehicle on the vehicle registration certificate, a copy of the vehicle's insurance policy must be provided, in which the applicant must be included in the policy as the driver of the vehicle.
• Registration for studies in progress and certificate of payment of the fees corresponding to this registration.
• Certificate certifying that there are no debts with the Huelva City Council.

Workers, civil servants, shopkeepers, self-employed and students who meet the requirements indicated in the current Ordinance may apply for a reduced rate and benefit from the following rates:
