We inform you that the requirements to obtain the resident's badge in Seville in general:

Documentation to be provided in accordance with the applicable Municipal Ordinance, if you reside in a regulated street and you are the owner of a vehicle:

• Certificate of census registration of the vehicle owner. The document must not be more than three months old.
• Last receipt of the Municipal Tax of Mechanical Traction Vehicle of the City Council of Seville where the owner of the vehicle appears and duly paid. If you are not the owner of your vehicle or if it is an electric vehicle, please consult:

Modalities or types of badges.

The requirements, which must be checked by AUSSA customer service staff, are the same in both cases.

Annual payment:

The badge is issued with validity for the calendar year (January to December). If it is generated during the first half of the year, a fee of €79.90 is payable. This fee rises to €39.95 if it is obtained in the second half of the year (from 1 July).

Daily or weekly payment:

In this mode, you also get the badge for the calendar year of issue. The processing is free and must be accompanied, when parking in a regulated zone, by a ticket with a special resident's rate, which you can obtain at the parking meter or through our mobile payment application APPARKYA.

How can I do this in person?

You can go to our offices located at the following address:

Customer Service Office: Plaza Rafael Salgado, Floor -1 of the Rafael Salgado underground car park, from 9:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday.

In person payment is by bank card, under no circumstances will payment be made in cash.

How to pay the Residents in Seville badge online?

For users applying for the Resident in Seville badge for the first time, we need you to send us through the Customer Service Form the documentation so that we can verify it and you can proceed to the online payment.
