Mobile app Apparkya

To register with Apparkya, you must complete the following steps:

Download APPARKYA from the App Store and Google Play. Go to the ‘My profile’ menu and enter your email account, so that the system recognizes that you are not yet registered. On the next screen, confirm your email address and phone number. Next, fill in your personal information (Mandatory for some services). Enter the means of payment.

Finally, register your vehicle.

To start using Apparkya, simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Thereafter, follow the instructions and register or login.

Apparkya is available in the following cities in Spain:

  • Seville
  • Chiclana de la frontera (Cádiz)
  • Collado Villalba (Madrid)
  • Morón de la Frontera (Seville)
  • Rota (Cádiz)
  • Úbeda (Jaén)

Apparkya is the app that allows you to pay your ticket, just as you would at the parking meter, but from your mobile phone. With Apparkya you can manage the regulated zone in the cities where it is available and also have barrier-free access to AUSSA car parks, saving time, money and enjoying the city.

Apparkya is a completely free app, which allows all customers to control their parking time, activating, extending or stopping their time, paying and cancelling parking fines from their mobile phone. It is available on the App Store and Google Play, so it works for IOS (iPhone) and Android devices. For other systems, we have a web App, designed to adapt to different screen resolutions.

To change your e-mail address, you need to log out and register for a new account with your new e-mail address. How do I do this? Go to the ‘My profile’ menu and click on the ‘Logout’ button in the top right-hand corner. To register for a new account, follow the registration instructions.

If you have subscribed to additional services, you must unsubscribe from these services before disconnecting and then re-subscribe with your new account.

To recover your Apparkya password, you can do it in the ‘My profile’ section of the application, add your email address and click on ‘I forgot my password’. You will automatically receive an email to reset it and add a new one.

If you log in to Apparkya from your new phone with your email and password, you will be able to view your ticket information by going to the Menu/Purchase History.

To add a vehicle you must go to ‘My Profile’, located in the main menu, click on 09-icon-coche.png located at the bottom of your screen and then click on ‘Add Vehicle’. After this, you will be given the option to enter the number plate, name and description. Finally, click on ‘Save’.

Yes, you can add as many license plates as you want. Just go to your profile, click on 09-icon-car.png at the bottom of your screen and then add vehicle.

You can edit or delete the number plate by accessing the section ‘My profile’ and click on 09-icon-coche.png, once there click on the license plate you want to edit. If you want to delete the license plate, click on the license plate you want to delete and click on the ‘X’ symbol.

Yes, a vehicle can be registered on more than one device, even with different accounts. Please note that for the automatic barrier opening subscription you can only have one registration on one account at a time.

The payment signature is a security method for your transactions with Apparkya. It is not compulsory, but it is practical.

When you register your means of payment, you will be asked to provide a 4-digit signature for your security. If you don't remember this or if you get an error, you should delete the existing payment method as follows:

Go to the menu and click on ‘My profile’.

At the bottom, you'll see a credit card 03-icon-tarjeta.png , click on the card and the red cross. Then add the credit card icon again by clicking on add a payment method and you will be asked for a new signature.

To enter a credit card you have to access ‘Menu’. 01-icon-menu.png, go to ‘My profile’, then click on the 03-icon-tarjeta.png to be able to add it.

The accepted method of payment at Apparkya is by credit or debit card, VISA or Mastercard.

It's simple. When you go to make a regulated parking payment, you can enter your discount code. No is available at all locations.

The amounts to be paid can be viewed in two ways in Apparkya.

On the one hand, on our map, once located, a message with the rates is displayed along with the park button. And on the other hand, in the manual purchase process of the ticket, where you will have the possibility to check and verify, before confirming the payment.

It is important to remember that Apparkya charges the maximum rate in advance and if you do not use your parking time, the unused amount will be refunded.

You have two ways to buy the ticket from the Apparkya application:

  • Manual purchase: To make the purchase manually, go to the menu - Regulated payment. Select the location and rotation zone, check that the vehicle is the one you want and click on ‘Park’. On the next screen you must confirm the purchase with your signature (if you have it active).

  • Geolocated purchase: To buy from the map, you must have the GPS activated and click on the locate button, the map shows you the information of the rate where your mobile is located, and you must click on that information, then confirm the purchase. The app uses the GPS of your mobile device, so it can have an error of up to 20 m, so you must visually check that the rate indicated is correct with the vertical signage.

To close the ticket, you have two options, the recommended one is from the map, by clicking on the information that indicates that you have an active ticket. You can also do it from the ‘purchase history’ menu.

In both options you must open the ticket and click on STOP, and confirm it.

From the purchase history, click on the desired ticket and click on renew.

Go to the main menu of the application and click on ‘Reserve Parking’.

Make sure you have activated the GPS on your mobile phone and have the compass icon ‘Locate’ activated on the Apparkya map. 07-icon-situar.png

Current surface parking regulations set minimum and maximum durations and charges. At the beginning of the ticket, you are charged for the maximum of the rate you have chosen. When you close it (disappear), before the maximum period, you are refunded the amount not consumed.

At the start of the ticket, the maximum fare you have chosen is charged. This ticket can be stopped from the application at any time by pressing ‘Undo/Stop’ and the unused amount will be refunded, always respecting the minimum and maximum of the chosen fare.

Yes, it is possible. The procedure to add another card is the same. Go to your profile and click, at the bottom of your screen, the 03-icon-tarjeta.png here you can add cards of your choice.

Yes, it is possible. You have to access the ‘My profile’ section of the application, where you will find the option to ‘Delete account’.

When you finish your parking, the platform sends you the receipt of the ticket to your email address.

In the case of regulated zone tickets, these are municipal taxes that are exempt from VAT, so it is not possible to issue invoices. However, there is a service for sending a monthly statement of the parking spaces associated with your customer account. You must sign up for it in the ‘My profile’ section. 08-icon-mi-perfil.png subscriptions for your application at a cost of €1/month per customer account.

At the end of each parking period, the application sends you a summary of your ticket to your email address, which you can use as proof of expenditure. However, there is a service that sends you a monthly statement of the parking spaces associated with your customer account. You must contract it in the section ‘My profile’. 10-icon-servicios-especiales.png of your application at a cost of €1/month per customer account.

Once contracted, you will receive the statement within the first seven days of the month following the car parks.

You can use the same ticket as long as you park in the same zone, with the same fare and timetables.

No, with this convenient system, all you have to do is bring your car close to the barrier when you leave the car park and it will open automatically, our system will recognise that you have a ticket in Apparkya and will charge you accordingly. Once completed, you will receive your invoice to the email associated with your application.

On a day-to-day basis and with our customers and their needs in mind, we have created several additional services. We currently have three: Monthly Statements, Notification of Complaints and Automatic Barrier Opening.

With the monthly statement service active, one statement per user account and month will be generated with the purchase receipts of the previous month. This service costs €1/month (VAT included) per account.

The service of notification of cancellable complaints will inform you on your mobile phone via push notification service when the subscribed number plate is reported. The service costs €1/month (VAT included) per account and number plate.

It is a FREE Apparkya service that allows you to access the AUSSA car parks in Seville, Granada and Fuengirola, equipped with a number plate reader installed at the entrance and exit of the car park. When your number plate is read, the barrier will open automatically. The system will calculate the parking time when you leave the car park and your payment method will be charged in the app. No need to go through the cash machines, no coins and no waiting.

To activate any service, you need to log in to your profile and click on 10-icon-servicios-especiales.png located at the bottom right of your screen. Once in the panel, click on the ‘+’ symbol of the service you wish to activate and, accepting the conditions, click on ‘Subscribe to this service’.
