XVII AUSSA Mobility Conference: Mobility of the Future: Innovation, Sustainability and Technology

On 13 February we held the 17th edition of our Mobility Conference at AUSSA, a meeting that has become a benchmark in the sector, where we brought together experts in mobility, innovation and technology to analyse the present and future of mobility in cities.

This year, we have focused on how digitalization, sustainability, and new infrastructures are transforming urban mobility and public space management.

A space for debate and learning in which top-level speakers, local authorities, and industry professionals participated, providing an enriching perspective on the challenges and opportunities on the path towards more efficient and sustainable mobility.

A PROGRAM FOCUSED ON THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY

During the event, we explored some of the most relevant topics in the field of urban mobility.

Evolution of parking and urban mobility

Felipe Jiménez Alonso highlighted the need to integrate new technologies and more flexible management models to improve citizens' experience. Urban mobility is constantly evolving, and innovation plays a key role in optimizing the use of public space and improving accessibility in cities.

Technology at the service of the customer in the digital era

José Carlos Cabaleiro, manager of AUSSA, analyzed how digitalization is changing the way users interact with parking and mobility services. The implementation of new technological solutions is streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and providing users with a more comfortable and personalized experience.

Digital strategies to connect with the customer

Antonio Sánchez, manager of contracting and marketing at AUSSA, addressed the importance of digital communication and the use of innovative tools to improve the relationship with users. He also shared details about the new opening of the Parking Aeropuerto de Sevilla 24Plus, which will begin operations on February 26, 2025. This project addresses an unmet demand at the Seville airport, offering a more accessible and efficient parking option for travelers and airport users.

Round table: Challenges in the mobility of large cities

One of the most enriching moments of the event was the round table where several municipal representatives discussed the current challenges of urban mobility and the need for greater collaboration between public administrations and private companies to develop infrastructures and services tailored to the new needs of citizens.

We had the privilege of having the presence of:

  • Gregorio Serrano López, former Director General of Traffic.
  • Francisco Requena Álvarez, General Coordinator of Mobility, Urban Agenda, Sustainability, and Next Generation Funds at the Granada City Council.
  • José Antonio Fernández Pérez, Mobility and Citizen Security Coordinator at the Huelva City Council.
  • Alberto Romero Bailén, Advisor to the Mobility Area at the Málaga City Council.
  • Ofelia Manjón-Cabeza Cruz, General Director of Mobility and Accessibility at the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Council.

The impact of artificial intelligence on brand building and business relationships

To close the program, Andy Stalman offered an inspiring vision of how artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the way brands connect with people. Artificial intelligence is not only transforming marketing and communication but also redefining the relationship between companies and customers, creating new opportunities to strengthen the bond with users and deliver personalized experiences.

In addition to presentations and round tables, the Mobility Days have established themselves as a key meeting point for exchanging ideas and generating synergies among industry professionals. Interaction between attendees, speakers, and experts allowed for an enriching debate on the future of mobility and the strategies needed to address changes in the sector.

From AUSSA, we want to thank all participants, speakers, and collaborators who made this event possible.
